The dam Plunder built is broken and flooding threatens the villagers. The Planeteers summon Captain Planet, who rushes to the rescue. Captain Planet heats himself up and evaporates the flooding waters into rain clouds, which will rain and restore the river in time.

Lois removes the krytonite to save Superman. Superman is weak but flies above the clouds to take in energy from the Sun and recharge.
