Sheldon gets an autographed napkin by Leonard Nimoy, famously known as Dr. Spock from Star Trek, from Penny. Nimoy used the napkin to wipe his face, which then contains his DNA. Sheldon states that he only needs an ovum to create clones of Leonard Nimoy.
