Ben Thomas, a disgruntled customer, calls about his unsatisfactory experience with the meat products he has received. He calls to try to get a refund and ends up insulting Ezra, the customer service representative, and talking about things completely irrelevant to the call. It gets Ben particularly upset when he learns that Ezra does not eat meat and therefore has no first-hand experience with the product.
