Sabrina illustrates the different types of landforms that exist and explains how each of them is created. The landforms she covers are: mountains, valleys, plateaus, deserts, islands, and deltas. She explains that landforms are one of the ways that nature has shaped the Earth.
A final group of zealots takes refuge at Masada, a desert fortress built by King Herod. The Romans surround the plateau on which it sits and begin a siege. The rebels decide to take their own lives rather than be defeated and killed or taken prisoner.
