Morgan talks to some health experts about the obesity epidemic in America and how fast food restaurants are a contributor to it. Lisa Young, a professor at New York University, illustrates how fast food companies have changed their portion sizes over time to make excessive amounts of food the norm.

While traveling, Audrey falls asleep and dreams about food. In the dream, she is served a neverending stream of food by butlers, and she gets so full that her stomach inflates.

Morgan orders a Super Size meal from McDonald's and shows how much food and drink he is given. As he continues his meal, he feels terrible and experiences bad gas, sweating, nausea, and throwing up.

The Bears go to the movie theater and watch a film titled, Germs. Iced Bear and Grizzly find the movie to be mildly entertaining, while Panda gets paranoid and scared of germs. While in the subway, Panda visualizes the germs in the environment and how they spread.

Brooke asks Gary to help her clean the dishes, and he would prefer to do them later while she wants to clean them now. The two get into a fight over the issue.
